SAVE THE DATE: The Icla da Silva Foundation's 17th Annual Fundraising Dinner and Dance Gala
22 May 2009
Are you ready to fight for a good cause while having fun?
The Icla da Silva Foundation's most prestigious fundraising event is being tailored this year to surpass, in taste and entertainment, last year’s event. The 17th Annual Fundraising Dinner and Dance Gala will take place on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009 at the Boathouse Central Park located on Central Park, NY. Tickets and sponsorhips are already available online.
The evening will begin with an hour cocktail reception and silent auction with fine items; followed by dinner and dancing by the upbeat sound of Alive and Kicking band. We are honored once again to have the award winning Anchor from CW11 News at Ten, Jim Watkins, as our Masters of Ceremonies. The highlight of the evening is the emotional first time meeting between a bone marrow recipient and her bone marrow donor.
This is one of the most important events of the year for The Icla da Silva Foundation. The support of those who make this night possible is highly recognized and appreciated by the Foundation. That is the reason why the event committee put so much love and effort in planning this special night. All we want is for you to have a good time, while helping such a significant and noble cause.
So please, come and join us next September 23rd, at the Boat House Restaurant at 6:30pm Eastern Time.
