PEQUANNOCK – A bone marrow testing drive is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Pequannock Township High School (85 Sunset Road in Pompton Plains) for Michael Coppola, who is battling leukemia for the second time in three years.

The testing is simple and painless, consisting only of a non-invasive oral cheek swab. A blood drive will be held simultaneously, and Type O Positive blood is particularly sought.
